Niagara On the Lake Flight

The finest wines selected from just north of the border. The proximity of Niagara on the Lake to Lake Ontario helps in the growing of the grapes. They don't Bloom or ripen too quickly, which adds o the flavor. This will feature Rieslings, Ice Wine Champagne, and some delicious and well structured blends just to name a few. A Selection of our favorite wines from down under. Wine was first brought to Australia from the Cape of Good Hope by Governor Phillip in 1799 while Australia was still a penal colony. Join us in a flight and see what has developed of the past 200 years.

European Flight

This flight includes wines from all over Europe including, France, Italy, Spain, and Germany just to name a few. Wines in Europe represent all that is traditional in wine making. In no other place a wine reflects the culture of the people who retied it and the flavors of the land in which it grew as it does in Europe.

Napa Valley Flight

This is Marco's personal favorite area for wines. All of these sections were chosen by him. Wine was first produced in Napa Valley in 1863. Grapes were introduced to the region by George Culvert Youth. Today Napa Valley has over 300 wineries. and os recognized the world over as the leader in wine.

White Flight

Our staff got together and chose their favorite whites. The selection will include the aromatic light bodied Rieslings, full bodied Cardinals, as well as desert wines such as Sauternes. Do you love reds? Perhaps it is time to try some white. You May Be surprised.

Green Flight

These wines have been chosen because the grapes are all organically grown. organically grown grape are grown with out any added sulfates witch are commonly found in chemical pesticides. The making of an organic wine also includes the processing and storage of the wine. They have mastered the art of creating a wine he is rich in floor, while at the same time protecting the environment.

Red Flight

Our Favorite red wines. Red wines are red because the skins are in the contact with the just during the fermentation process, this allows for the dispersion of the color and tannins. The shade of the red depends on the color of the grapes, and the length for fermentation. There are approximately 50 main red wine variety in the market today. This Flight is AMAZING!

Blend Flight

A wine that is a blend of at least two different types of grapes and no more then 90% of a variety is called a meritage. The meritage first became a verietal in 1988/ It was created by a small group of growers from Napa Valley they call themselves the Meritage Association. Today the have more then 250 members. They meritage is growing in popularity and is currently the fastest growing win ego in the industry.
